摘　　要：以所办科技期刊组织稿源的长期实践为依据,对科技期刊如何吸引优秀稿件进行了深入的分析、研究和总结,扼要阐述了优秀期刊与吸引优秀稿件的关系,从期刊的素质与吸引力、期刊构建的平台与吸引力和期刊的措施保障与吸引力三个方面总结回答了科技期刊如何吸引优秀稿件的问题。On the basis of long-term practice of manuscript collection,the author in this paper makes an in-depth analysis on how to attract excellent manuscripts for sci-tech periodicals.A brief explanation the relationship between excellent periodicals and attraction of excellent manuscripts is given.How to attract excellent manuscripts for sci-tech periodicals is provided from the angle of periodical quality,the platform constructed by periodicals,and the safeguards from periodicals.
