柳叶洗眼液的刺激性和致敏性实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察自制柳叶洗眼液对家兔眼的刺激作用及豚鼠皮肤的致敏作用。方法取新鲜柳叶,采用水提、醇沉、超滤、灭菌等工艺制成柳叶洗眼液;柳叶洗眼液的眼睛刺激性实验的对照液体采用生理盐水;柳叶洗眼液的皮肤致敏性实验,阳性对照液体采用1%2,4-二硝基氯代苯溶液,阴性对照液体用蒸馏水。结果柳叶滴眼液对家兔眼睛的角膜、结膜、虹膜均无任何刺激作用;没有引发动物皮肤过敏反应。结论柳叶洗眼液对动物眼睛没有伤害性刺激作用,可以用于治疗流行性出血性结膜炎。Objective To observe willow leaf eye washing liquid and explore its effects of dermal sensitization and irritation on eyes. Methods Willow leaf eye washing liquid was made from fresh willow leaves by water extraction, alcohol precipitation, ultrafiltration and sterilization. Eighteen New Zealand rabbits and 30 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 2 and 3 gTOUpS respectively. Iirritative and toxic effects of willow leaf eye washing liquid were observe by applying the willow leaves eye washing liquid to the rabbits＇ eyes and the guinea pig＇ s skin. The control agent for irritating test was saline. In toxic test the positive agent was 1% of 2, 4-Dinitrochloro-benzene （DNCB） and the negative one was distilled water. Results Neither the willow leaves eye washing liquid had acute toxicity and was allergy-inducing to the skin of guinea pigs nor it had irritation to the cornea, irises and sclears of the rabbits＇ eyes. Conclusion Willow leaves eye washing liquid is safe to the eyes and can be used to treat epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis.
