摘　　要：对需要管理和发布大量数据、要求功能强大的水环境信息Web发布系统来说,ArcIMS是一个理想的开发平台软件。文章提出了建立基于ArcIMS的某市水利工情信息发布系统的思想,该系统应用ArcIMS创建和管理地图服务,选择使用ASP语言并结合JavaScript技术,根据用户需求定制了水利信息发布网站,实现了地图浏览、空间查询等常见的GIS功能。To Choice a Web Publishing System required a powerful water- environmental information and can mange and distribute large amounts of data, ArcIMS is an ideal software development platform. This paper presents the thought of establishing the Water Conservancy Information Releasing System based on WebGIS. This system creates and manages map services based on ArcIMS, the system using ASP and JavaScript language, can customized water information dissemination sites according to user＇s demand, achieve the GIS function of operating the map, querying spatial information, and carrying on certain spatial analyses. To achieve common GIS functions include the map browsing and other spatial query, etc.
