酒精湿敷加喜辽妥联合地塞米松对防治长春瑞滨致化疗性静脉炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较酒精湿敷加喜辽妥联合地塞米松对长春瑞滨致化疗性静脉炎的防治作用。方法:将64例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,化疗方案选择长春瑞滨加顺铂,在静脉滴注长春瑞滨前后用生理盐水100ml加地塞米松5mg静脉滴注,A组患者选择用酒精湿敷局部加喜辽妥外用,而B组应用50%硫酸镁冷湿敷,比较两组患者静脉炎发生及局部疼痛情况。结果:A组静脉炎发生率明显低于B组,并且疼痛反应的发生较B组少,两组差别具有统计学意义。结论:应用酒精湿敷加喜辽妥对防治静脉输注长春瑞滨致化疗性静脉炎疗效优于50%硫酸镁冷湿敷,其疗效确切,方法简单,值得临床推广。Objective ：To compare the prevention function of ethyl alcohol adds the Hirudoid union dexamethasone to prevent the chemotherapy phlebitis with the Vinorelbine. Methods ：64 example non - cellule lung cancer patients were divided into two groups randomly, the chemotherapy plan chooses the Vinorel- bine to add along the platinum, adds the dexamethasone 5 mg static note around the dead center Vinorelbine with physiological saline 100 ml, A group chooses with the ethyl alcohol spreads the partial Hirudoidextemal use wet, but B group applies 50% magnesium sulfate cold wet packing, has and the local pain situation compared with two groups of phlebitises. Results ： A group of phlebitis formation rate was lower than B group obviously, and ache response＇ s occurrence B group of few, two groups of differences have statistics significance. Conclusions ： Spreads wet using the ethyl alcohol adds Hirudoid distant ready to prevents and controls the vein infusion Vinorelbine to send the chemotherapy phlebitis curative effect to surpass 50% magnesium sulfate cold wet packing, its curative effect is accurate, the method are simple and worth the clinical promotion.
