老年贲门癌患者术后营养支持治疗的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:根据高龄贲门癌患者的临床特点,总结根治性近端胃切除术后营养支持治疗的护理体会。方法:对我科在2004年3月～2008年10月间收治的56例贲门癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:患者术后给予以全肠外营养(TPN)、全肠外营养+肠内营养(TPN+EN)的不同营养支持方式,无1例出现吻合口瘘、肺炎等并发症,切口均甲级愈合。结论:高龄贲门癌患者根治术后给予营养支持治疗时,综合护理可以促进患者恢复,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective ： To explore the nursing experience of nutritional support style and the comprehension of nurse for elder patients with cardiac carcinoma after operation. Methods：56 elder patients with cardiac carcinoma treated from March 2004 to October 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The patients with cardiac carcinoma after operation were given total paronteral nutrition （TPN）or total paronteral nutrition and enteral nutrition （TPN ＋ EN）, there was no anastomosis fistular occurs, and all incisions cure rapidly. Conclusion ： The nutritional support of TPN and TPN ＋ EN works very well in elder patients with cardiac carcinoma. And they would be recovery progressively after operation by comprehensive nurse.
