Oxidation Resistance Enhancement of Ti60 Alloy Coated with Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y-Si Layers

摘  要:研究了Ti60合金及表面阴极多弧离子镀沉积涂层(Ni—Co-Cr-Al-Y-Si)的600~750℃的高温氧化行为。采用x射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜等方法,对Ti60合金及涂层表面形貌、结构和成分进行分析研究。结果表明涂层对Ti60合金在600,650和750℃均有较好的抗氧化性能。循环氧化动力学曲线基本上符合抛物线规律。涂层显著提高了Ti60合金抗氧化性能。The Ti60 alloy was surface modified with coatings of Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y-Si layers, deposited by multi-arc ion plating. The impacts of the deposition conditions, such as the pressure, substrate temperature, bias voltage, and current of the multi-arc, on the film quality were studied. The micmstructures and oxidation resistance of the surface modified Ti60 were characterized with X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and other classical techniques. The results show that the surface modification with the Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y-Si layers significantly increases the oxidation resistance of Ti60 alloy, with fairly high oxidation resistance at 600℃, 650℃, and 700℃. The calculation of the cyclic oxidation dynamics shows that the curve basically conforms to the parabola rule.
