摘　　要：采用低温甲醇洗净化系统模拟软件（ＲＰＳ），针对合成氨原料气中不含硫的情况，研究了采用低温甲醇脱除ＣＯ２的净化工艺流程，最终搭配出一个流程简单、能耗较低的工艺流程，供工业设计选用。With application of Rectisol Process Simulator to simulate,with the purpose to deal with the sulphurfree feed gas,and study the CO2 removal process using refrigerated methanol as the solvent,and a new chemical process which is simple and has low energy consumption is developed.The process can be used in the practical production.
