摘　　要：乳凝集素是一种黏附在乳汁脂肪球膜表面的镶嵌型外周蛋白，在机体其他体液中也有表达，存在于多物种内，发挥多种功能：增进凋亡淋巴细胞及其他凋亡细胞的吞噬清除，促进肠黏膜的修复，增加树突状细胞外泌小体功能，促进乳腺分支的形态发生，促血管形成，调节精子与卵细胞外围的黏附等。该文主要综述乳凝集素的结构功能及其在治疗方面的应用前景。Lactadherin is an important membrance-associated glycoprotein that detected on the surface of human milk fat globule. It has been independently identified in many species and now known to participate in a wide variety of cellular interactions, including phagocaryosis of apoptotic lymphcytes and other apoptotic cells, repairing of intestinal mucosa, facilitateing exosome-function in dendritic cells, mammary gland branching morphogenesis, angiogenesis,adhesion between sperm and the egg coat, etc. This article explores the various functions of lactadherin, as well as its therapeutic potential.
