摘  要:气液两相流中界面波动的存在,使得两相流的传热、传质及阻力特性发生很大的变化,因此对气液两相流界面波动理论和实验的研究有着重要意义.基于电阻层析成像(ERT)技术将独立成分分析和多尺度分析结合提取水平管气液两相流分相界面波动信息,通过与ERT纵断面成像时间序列的比较分析,并且经过大量的实验验证表明,对水平管气液两相流中的弹状流、分层流、波状流,该方法可有效地获得界面波动信息;对塞状/泡状流提取的独立分量呈现出高频特性,进一步结合多尺度分析可获得界面波动信息.Interface fluctuation in a gas/water two-phase flow has significant impact on fluid friction loss,heat and mass transfer of the two-phase flow.Therefore,it is important to study the interface fluctuation in the gas/water two-phase flow to achieve an in-depth understanding of the mixture flow and the subsequent optimization of industrial process.A method for measuring interface fluctuation between the gas and water phases in a pipeline was proposed.With the data of the gas/liquid flow in a horizontal pipe obtained by electrical resistance tomography(ERT),the in-terface fluctuation can be obtained by combining independent component analysis with multi-resolution analysis.The efficiency of this method was assessed by comparing the reconstructed image series by ERT from side view.For slug flow,stratified flow and wavy flow,this method is effective in extracting interface fluctuation information.There exists a high-frequency component and useful signals from a plug flow.In this situation,the multi-resolution analy-sis should be combined to obtain interface fluctuation information.
