新时期国有企业思想政治工作的地位和作用——基于一项历史的考察分析

摘　　要：分析新时期国有企业思想政治工作的地位和作用需要遵循历史性、整体性、客观性和辩正分析的原则,才能对其历史性地位获得一个全面而深刻的理解。新时期以来国有企业思想政治工作的地位和作用经历了功能行政化向功能政治化的转变,呈现出由体制困局向科学定位、行政惯性向政治核心、职能划分向制度创新转变的路径特点。The analysis of the status and function of Ideological and political work of State-owned Enterprises since the New Period should be based on the principles of historical vision,integrity,objectivity and dialectical exploration,so as to profoundly undertstand its historic status.Since the New Period,the status and function have experienced the transition from administrative functions to political functions.The changes of the status and function of ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises are showed as the transitions of the path from institutional dielema to scientific position,from administrative inertia to political inertia,from division of functions to institutional innovation.
