摘  要:采用一种新型的阴离子表面活性剂(LX)与非离子表面活性剂(OP-10)复配,在基体配方中加入功能单体,采用半连续滴加方法制备丙烯酸乳胶多元醇。探讨两种复配体系对产物丙烯酸多元醇乳胶粒大小、分布及稳定性的影响;考察配方中功能单体丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)含量及单体滴加时间对丙烯酸多元醇乳胶粒粒径及流变性能的影响。结果表明:选用LX和OP-10复配体系制备丙烯酸乳胶多元醇时,生成的乳胶粒粒径分布窄且稳定性好。随着单体滴加时间的延长,生成的丙烯酸乳胶多元醇粒径变小,分布变窄,体系粘度不断降低;随着羟基含量的增加,丙烯酸乳胶多元醇的粘度先升高后降低;随着羧基含量的增加,丙烯酸乳胶多元醇的粘度逐步升高。Acrylic latex polyol was prepared by adding several functional monomers and using a new type of anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant as the composite system by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization.The effects of two kinds of composite emulsifiers on average diameter,size distribution and stability of the polyol particles were addressed.The effects of the content of Acrylic Acid,Hydroxypropyl acrylate and the dropping time of monomers on the latex particle size and the rheological properties of the polyol emulsion were investigated.It was shown that the narrow size distribution and good stability of latex particle can be obtained when using LX and OP-10 as the composite emulsifiers.It was found that the average diameter of the emulsion particles becomes smaller,the size distribution becomes narrower and the viscosity of the acrylic emulsion descends with the increase of dropping time of monomers.And the results showed that the viscosity of acrylic polyol latex first increases and then decreases with the hydroxyl content increases while the viscosity of acrylic polyol emulsion only increases with the carboxyl content increases.
