摘  要:考察了各种乳化剂、引发剂、聚合温度、聚合时间、单体配比、水量对丁二烯和丙烯酸酯乳液共聚的影响,产物为白色均匀乳液,pH5-6,固含量 38-52%,转化率90-95,皮膜无色透明、柔软且韧,可用作涂料印花粘合剂。The effects of the Various emulsifiers, initiators, the mononer ratio, polymerization temperature and time, the water content on the copolymerization of butadiene and acrylates into emulsions were all investigated. The product emulsions with pH 5 - 6 were white and had solid contents of 38 - 52 percent, conversion of 90 - 95 Percent. After drying the re- sulting thin films were colorless, transparent, soft and flexible. This means that these emulsions could be used as binding agents of pigment printing to textiles.
