云视角下的工程造价风险评价

摘　　要：工程造价风险的存在使整个建设项目的造价处于波动之中。在对云模型进行研究的基础上,分析了运用云模型进行工程造价风险评价的可行性,给出了工程造价风险评价的步骤。最后通过实例计算,得出了影响该项目工程造价的主要风险因素,及该项目工程造价风险的整体水平,同时也证明了运用云模型进行工程造价风险的评价具有一定的科学性和有效性。Project cost risks lead to project cost fluctuating of the whole construction.Based on the study of the cloud model,analyzed is the feasibility of the assessment of project cost risk in cloud method,and presented is the procedure of the assessment of project cost risk.Finally,the major risk factors that affect the project cost and the overall level of the risk are derived through a real example to be calculated.Meanwhile,it is proved that the assessment of project cost risk in cloud method is effective and scientific in some way.
