摘　　要：针对气象部门地面气象资料格式文件数据量大、格式复杂、不易阅读和应用的问题,利用VB(Visual Basic)6.0开发了地面气象资料格式转换程序。该程序可将地面气象观测数据文件从文本格式转换为Excel格式,可按完整的气象报表格式或单独的气象要素输出,并可实现不同类型年、月文件的批量转换,为气象科研、服务等相关领域的工作人员查阅及应用观测数据提供便利。In order to solve huge data,complex format and discommodious reading and application of the surface meteorological data,the paper develops the format conversion program by using the Visual Basic 6.0.It can convert text formatting to the Excel,and output the result by the whole or independent report format.Furthermore,it can convert the different format data of annual or month in batches.This method is good for the looking up and using the meteorological data for meteorological scientific researchers and service personnel.
