摘　　要：以东方百合‘Sorbonne’为材料,研究了IBA、GA3处理在2种温度培养下对鳞片扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:25℃培养有利于小鳞茎的发生和膨大。IBA处理在25℃条件下小鳞茎的数量和整齐度显著提高,15℃培养不利于小鳞茎的发生。GA3处理在25℃条件下显著促进了小鳞茎膨大及增重,15℃培养繁殖小鳞茎的数量较少,发育所需时间较长。The effects of IBA and GA3with two kinds of culture temperatures on LiliumOriental hybrid＇Sorbonne＇were studied for scales cutting propagation.The results showed that it was propitious to bulblets occurring and enlarging when scales incubated at 25℃.IBA treatment with culture temperature of 25℃improved the propagation coefficient and the uniformity of bulblets significantly,however,culture temperature of 15℃ made against the occurrence of bulbltes.GA3treatment under 25℃promoted the bulblets enlarging and weighting,while for the scales under15℃,it needed a long duration for the number and weight of bulblets reaching the same level of 25℃.
