摘　　要：新生代无地农民工成为徘徊于城市与农村之间的特殊社会群体,陷入社会就业、社会保障、社会归属的边缘困境中。关注并保护该群体,使其得到公正对待,是维护这部分农民工生存与发展权利的根本问题。为消除新生代无地农民工的边缘危机,相应的制度完善应在营造就业环境、健全保障体系、加快户籍改革等方面予以跟进。New generation of landless migrant workers become special social group between city and country,even deep in borderline predicament of social employment,social security and social adscription.Attention and protection,gaining fair treatment to them,are the essential issues to preserve the migrant workers rights of subsistence and development.Under the urgent demand of human-oriented,safeguarding social justice in progress of the times,in order to resolve borderline crises of new generation of landless migrant workers and realize the goal that 2010 'Central First Document' has established to new generation of migrant workers,related system should be perfected on improving the employment environment and social security system,accelerate the reform of population register.
