摘　　要：本文以淮南新庄孜电厂2×135MW循环流化床机组化学水处理系统为背景,介绍了可编程控制器(PLC)在火电厂化学水处理程控系统中的应用。该系统采用施耐德昆腾(Quantum)系列PLC作为主体控制设备,用研华工控机作为上位机,组成程控系统,实现化学水处理过程中的制水运行、过滤器冲洗、阴阳床小反洗及再生、大反洗及再生、混床再生的全过程程序控制。This paper instrouduce the application of Programmal and Logical Controller in water processing system in the 2×135MW CFB system in Huainan Xinzhuangzi Power Plant.This system adopts the series of Quantum in Schneider PLC as the main controlling unit which controls the processing of making water,the flushing of filter,the reversed flushing and regeneration of anode ion exchange equipments and anion ones.
