摘  要:针对如何提高南水北调中线工程供水保证率、输水过程的稳定性和安全性,从城市用水安全度的角度,提出了丹江口水库调度、受水区反调节问题,并提出采用瀑河水库作为京津两座超大城市供水安全的调蓄工程的建议。For how to enhance the probability of water supply and both the stability and the safety of the water conveyance process of the Mid-route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the issues of the operation of Danjiangkou Reservoir and the reverse regulations of the water-receiving regions are put forward herein, and then the suggestion of taking Baohe Reservoir as the regulation and storage project for the safety of the water supply for both the super-large cities--Beijing and Tianjin is proposed as well.
