摘　　要：采用密闭式三联血袋离心法探讨脐血有核细胞的分离效果，分析母体和胎儿因素对脐血细胞产率的影响．共采集25份脐血，平均体积为（69．77±22．63）mL，有核细胞（TNC）平均回收率为（86．25±6．72）％，CFU—GM克隆形成率为（114．27±43．67）／10^3有核细胞，CD34^＋细胞的百分率为（1．17±1．21）％．分析发现脐血TNC和CD34^＋细胞数与脐血采集量呈高度正相关，而脐血采集量与胎儿大小和妊娠时间相关，与产妇年龄无关．To investigate the recovery rate of cord blood hematopoietic cells by centrifugation of trigeminy blood bags and analysis the impact of the maternal factors and neonatal factors on the nucleated cells （TNCs） recovery rate. In this present paper,we collected 25 CBUs,the average volume of cord blood was （69.77±22.63） mL,and the average recovery rate of TNC was （86.25±6.72）%. The average number of CFU-GM was （114.27±43.67）/10^5 nucleated cell,the average percentage of CD34＋ ceils after separation was （1.17±1.21）%. Furthermore, we found that the number of TNCs and CD34^＋ ceils in CBU was significantly positively correlated with the collecting cord blood volume,and the volume of CBU was associated with baby＇s birth weight and pregnant time,but was not associated with mother＇s age.
