摘  要:采集了全国9个动物园灵长类动物的330份粪便样品,经过细菌分离培养、染色镜检和生化试验等分离鉴定出169株大肠杆菌.按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会(CLSI)的判定标准,将分离得到的169株大肠杆菌对22种抗生素药物药敏试验,结果表明:169株均表现出不同程度的耐药性,且多重耐药性较为严重.其中,耐药程度最高的是羧苄青霉素(耐药率90.53%),其次是磺胺甲基异唾唑(耐药率82.25%);敏感度最高的是亚胺硫霉素(敏感率93.49%).The 330 non-human primate animal fecal samples were collected from nine zoos in China. In the test 169 strains were separated and determined as Escherichia coli by using several procedures such as experiments of nurturing, staining, biochemical test. Drug-resistence analysis for the 169 strains of E. coli was performed according to the standard procedure advised by CLSI. The result showed that all the 169 strains of E. coli had no or low sensitivity to the 22 kinds of durgs. Resistance of E. coli to carbenicillin (resistant rate:90. 53%) was the most obiously in this study, sulfamethoxazole was next most (resistant rate:82. 25%). Imipenem (sensitivity rate:93.49%) may be the most sensitivity antimicrobial agents tested.
