摘  要:采用急性毒性实验方法,研究了镉对长江华溪蟹(Sinopotamon yangtsekiense)肝胰腺总一氧化氮合酶(total nitric oxide sgnthase,tNOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible NOS,iNOS)的活力.镉浓度为7.25、14.5、29、58、116mg/L,同时设对照组,分别在24、48、72和96h测定酶活力.结果显示,处理24h和48h,总NOS、iNOS活力随着浓度增加呈现先升后降的趋势;96h,呈下降趋势,与对照组相比差异极显著.但是,72h各酶活力均无显著变化.这说明总NOS和iNOS活力指标的变化能够灵敏反映镉对水生动物的胁迫程度和毒性大小.We studied the total NOS and inducible NOS (iNOS) activities in the hepatopancreas of the freshwater crab Sinopotarnon yangtsekiense exposed to Cd (7.25,14.5,29,58,116 mg/L) for different treating times (24,48,72,96 h). There were initial increase and later decrease in the activities of total NOS and iN- OS when induced for 24 and 48 h,and no significant different when induced for 72 h,while there was initial decrease when cadmium-induced for 96h. The results showed that the changes of total NOS activity and iNOS activity may exquisitely reflect the oxidative stress to aquatic animal induced by cadmium and the toxicity of it.
