生态足迹法在运城市土地规划环境影响评价应用中的研究  被引量:2

摘  要:将生态足迹法运用到土地规划环境影响评价中,以《运城市土地利用总体规划(2001—2010年)》的规划环境影响评价为例,计算分析了运城市规划前后的生态足迹,结果表明:运城市2000年人均生态足迹为1.6092hm^2/人,人均生态承载力为0.7889hm^2/人,人均生态赤字为0.9013hm^2/人.规划后的人均生态需求增加,人均生态承载力降低,生态赤字逐渐增大.此外,还针对运城市的土地利用情况提出了调整土地利用总体规划编制的建议.The environmental impact assessment of programming with the overall land planning of Yuncheng,Shanxi was studied by using ecological footprint method. The results showed that ecological surplus or ecological deficit of Yuncheng before and after its land planning. The calculation results indicates the ecological footprint per capita,the ecological capacity per capita and the ecological deficit per capita of Yuncheng in 2000 were respectively 1. 690 3 hm^2 ,0. 788 9 hm^2 and 0. 901 4 hm^2. The fact that the overall planning led to the increase of ecological footprint and the decrease of ecological capacity was related to the increase of the ecological deficit. Moreover some suggestions were introduced for now and adjusting general land planning of Yuncheng.
