摘　　要：以云南省文山州麻栗坡县董干村委会八里坪村民小组开展新农村建设为例,着重分析了云南边境地区山区新农村建设中存在的困难和问题,并结合实际提出了一些解决问题的思路。This paper takes Baliping village committee of Donggan township of Malipo county in Wenshan prefecture as a case study to mainly analyze the difficulties and problems existing in new village construction in border areas of Yunnan province,and then puts forwards several trains of thoughts to solve these practical problems.
