承德市营子区绿地避灾规划设计初探

摘　　要：在借鉴国内外经验的基础上,将绿地避灾规划与城市总体规划、城市综合防灾体系、城市绿地系统规划相协调,从规划和建设两个层面探讨城市绿地的避灾作用和实现途径,文章以承德市营子区绿地避灾规划为例．进一步阐述该理论对实践的综合指导作用。Urban green land is a significant component of urban spatial system.Facing various types of disasters,urban green land can be used to protect people from disasters to different extents,making great contribution to the whole urban disaster prevention system.Based on domestic and foreign experiences,the urban green land disaster prevention plan was integrated into the overall urban development plan,the integrated urban disaster prevention system and the urban green land system,from aspects of planning and construction to elaborate the roles in disaster relief of urban green land and the approaches to achieve it.The urban green land disaster prevention planning for Yingzi District of Chengde City was taken as an example to illustrate how the theories can be used to guide practices.
