摘　　要：目的:研究影响尿素软膏质量控制的各种因素,确定最佳方法。方法:采用正交试验设计,以紫外分光光度法测定尿素含量为指标,优选主药尿素提取工艺。结果:优化提取条件为在60℃用15ml10%氯化钠溶液,每次15min,提取4次。结论:该提取工艺经济稳定、简便易行。Objective：To optimize quality control of Urea Ointment through controlling the different factors.Methods：Factors for the extraction were studied by orthogonal test designs using the content of urea by UV spectrophotometry.Results：The optimum extraction conditions were extracted 4 times for 15 min each time by 15ml 10%NaCl solution in 60℃.Conclusion：The optimum extraction is economical and stabile and simple.
