中西医结合治疗慢性血小板减少性紫癜的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年1月～2010年3月收治入院的慢性血小板减少性紫癜患者28例,用自拟"滋肾补血汤"配合西药治疗患者28例,并设对照组应用强的松治疗,并对两组患者进行效果对比。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.14%,明显优于对照组的57.14%(P<0.05)。结论:本方对该病具有养阴补肾,益气补血,活血化瘀,补益肝阴的功能。Objective：To study the clinial efficacy on integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treatment in the patients with chronic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods：28 patients were treated with Zishen Buxue decoction combinded with Western Medicine.And the control group were treated with prednisone.Results：The total effects rate of the treatment group was 82.14%,and was higher than that of the control group（57.14%）（P0.05）.Conclusion：This research indicated the cooperation of Chinese and Western Medicine treatment chronic thrombocytopenic purpura is effective.The side effect are few,and can be popularizing clinically.
