双孔径定位开孔波纹塔板性能的研究

摘　　要：针对均匀开孔波纹塔板的缺陷，开发了一种双孔定位开孔波纹塔板，在常温常压下，对不同开孔率的这种波纹塔板，进行了水力及传质性能试验。实验结果表明，与均匀开孔的波纹塔板相比，这种新型波纹塔板的板效率有较明显的提高。On the basis of the homogeneous perforated ripple tray,a new type of ripple tray double holediameter and special perforated ripple tray was developed. With different free areas of the ripple tray, the experiments of the characteristics of hydraulics and mass transfer were carried out at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The results showed that the tray efficiency of the ripple tray was raised more than homogeneous perforated ripple tray.
