摘　　要：目的:探讨B超下Mammotome微创系统治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年7～12月术前B超检查临床诊断乳腺良性肿瘤的42例病例资料。单发18例,多发24例,在超声引导下利用Mammotome系统将肿瘤完全切除。结果:42例68个乳腺肿块均被准确完整切除,术后病理诊断纤维腺瘤34例,乳腺囊肿6例,增生结节2例。42例术后随访1～6个月,平均3个月,无病灶残留或复发。除1例发生皮下血肿外,无严重并发症。结论:高频超声引导Mammotome系统微创手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤是一项切除准确、有效、安全、创伤小、并发症少的技术,集诊断、治疗、美容于一体,是乳腺良性肿瘤外科手术的理想方法。Objective：To study the effect of B-next Mammotome minimally invasive treatment of benign breast tumor.Methods：Analyzed the B checking for clinical diagnosis of benign breast tumor data of 42 cases before operation from July to December in 2009 retrospectively.There were 18 cases of single and 24 cases of multiple,and all tumors were com pletely resected by Mammotome System.Results：68 breast lumps in 42 cases were resected accurately and completely.After the operations,there were 34 cases of fibro adenoma,6 cases of cystic disease and 2 cases of nodules by doing the pathological diagnosis.After operation,42 cases were followed up for 1 to 6 months and on average 3 months.Except for 1 case of hematoma but without serious complications,there were no residual or recurrent lesions.Conclusion：Minimally invasive surgery of Mammotome system to cure benign tumor of the breast which is under the guidance of ultrasound is a kind of technology that is accurate,effective,save and causes less injury,fewer complications,comprised of diagnosis,treatment and cosmetology,undoubtedly it＇s an ideal way to cure benign tumor of the breast.
