摘  要:目的:探讨二维彩色多普勒血流显像(2D-CDFI)与经颅多普勒(TCD)检测双侧椎动脉(VA)对椎-基底动脉系缺血性眩晕临床诊断的意义。方法:对38例临床诊断为椎-基底动脉系缺血性眩晕的患者的双侧椎动脉2D-CDFI和TCD检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果:2D-CDFI与TCD检测均可简便、准确、直观地测量VA相关数据。VA缺血性眩晕异常主要超声表现:脉冲多普勒各参数异常;多普勒频谱波形异常;二维图像异常。异常结果有交叉互补性。两者结合能更全面地检测VA颅外段、颅内段的二维图像或(和)血流状态。结论:2D-CDFI与TCD检测双侧椎动脉能对椎-基底动脉系缺血性眩晕的临床诊断提供依据。两者有互补性。Objective:To discuss the value of the double vertebral artery(VA) were detected by two dimensional-color doppler flow image(2D-CDFI) and transcranial doppler(TCD) in diagnosis of vertebral and basilar artery insuffciency dizzi ness.Methods:To analyze thirty-eight patients's VA who were diagnosed vertebral and basilar artery insuffciency by 2DCDFI and TCD.Results:They were simply accurate and direct method to detecte VA blood flow parameters by 2D-CDFI and TCD.The major showed of VA insuffciency were as follows:①Pulsed-wave doppler(PW) hemodynamic parameters change.②Doppler spectrum characteristics change.③Two dimensional image change.2D-CDFI and TCD both were of complement each other.The two dimensional image or/and blood flow of extracranial and intracranial VA were detected comprehensively by 2D-CDFI combined with TCD.Conclusion:The double VA are detected by 2D-CDFI and TCD can provide result for vertebral and basilar artery insuffciency.2D-CDFI and TCD both are complement each other.
