回、汉族代谢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗水平的比较与相关研究

摘　　要：目的:比较回、汉族代谢综合征(MS)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)及其相关因素。方法:放免法测定空腹胰岛素(FINS),用胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)评价IR程度,比较两民族MS患者IR程度的差异及IR与其他因素之间的关系。结果:不论回族还是汉族,MS组HOMA-IR高于正常对照组,但两民族间无显著差异。汉族IR主要受收缩压和腰围的影响,回族IR主要受腰臀比和血三酰甘油水平的影响。结论:回、汉族MS患者IR无显著差异,汉族IR与收缩压和腰围有关,回族IR与腰臀比和血三酰甘油水平有关。Objective：To compare the insulin resistance and clinical relevant factors correlated with it between Hui and Han patients with metabolic syndrome（MS）.Methods： We used RIA to determine Serum insulin,homeostasis model assessment（HOMA） to evaluate insulin resistance（IR）,and then compared their differences between Hui and Han groups.Results： In both hui and han MS patients,HOMA-IR was higher than those of control group.There was not difference between hui and han in IR.Linear regression analysis showed that systolic pressure and waist circumference were correlated with IR in Han subjects.Waist-to-hip ratio and triglyceride were correlated with IR in Hui subjects.Conclusions： There is not difference between hui and han in IR.IR in Hans are correlated with systolic pressure and waist circumference.IR in Huis are correlated with waist-to-hip ratio and triglyceride.
