摘　　要：目的:评价SLIPATM(Streamlined Liner of the Pharynx Airway)通气道用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的有效性和安全性。方法:84例择期行LC的患者随机分为两组:SLIPATM通气道组(S组)和气管导管组(D组)。麻醉诱导后,S组置入适当型号的SLI-PATM通气道,D组则以传统直接喉镜经口明视气管插管。观察两组患者置管时间、首次成功率,记录两组患者置管前(T1)、置管期间(T2)、置管后1min(T3)、置管后3min(T4)等时点的心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)以及发生反流误吸和术后咽部疼痛等并发症的情况。结果:S组患者在T2和T3时的HR明显低于同时点的D组(P<0.05);S组患者在T2、T3和T4时的SBP、DBP明显低于同时点的D组(P<0.05);两组患者置管时间无明显差异(P>0.05);S组有3例患者首次置管失败,与D组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者均未发生反流误吸(P>0.05);S组有3例患者发生术后咽痛,远少于D组(27例)(P<0.05)。结论:SLIPATM通气道可以安全有效地用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术,并且具有置管快、并发症少的优点。Objective：To valuate the safety and significance of SLIPATM（Streamlined Liner of the Pharynx Airway）used in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods： Eighty-four ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） under general anesthesia were divided to SLIPATM group（group S） and laryngoscopy group（group D） randomly.Group S were intubated with SLIPATM and Group D intubated with tracheal laryngoscopy respectively.SBP、DBP and HR were recorded at before intubation（T1）,intubation（T2）,1min after intubation（T3） and 3min after intubation（T4）.Intubation time,the first intubation successful rate,backstreaming and throat ache were recorded.Results： HR of group S were lower than that of Group D significantly（P0.05） at T2 and T3;SBP and DBP of Group S were lower than that of Group D significantly（P0.05） at T2,T3 and T4.there were no significant diffence between two groups in intubation time（P0.05）,and there were 3 fault at first intubation in group S;there had no backstreaming happened in all patients.Three patients had throat ache in Group S,while there were 27 in Group D（P0.05）.Conclusions： SLIPATM could used in laparoscopic cholecystectomy safe with less adverce effection.
