壮骨胶囊对维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松的保护作用

摘　　要：观察壮骨胶囊对维甲酸所致骨质疏松的治疗作用。采用灌胃给予维甲酸引起大鼠骨质疏松的方法,壮骨胶囊(0.8 g/kg、0.4 g/kg、0.2 g/kg)灌胃给予大鼠,能够显著降低碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶含量,显著升高血清钙含量,显著升高骨密度,最大载荷、最大应力和抗弯截面模量明显提高,骨湿重和干重明显升高。结果表明,壮骨胶囊对于骨质疏松具有显著的治疗作用。The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effects of Zhuanggu capsule on osteoporosis in the rat induced by using retinoic acid. The osteoporosis was induced by retinoic acid in oral administration. The alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase were remarkably decreased by 0.8,0.6,0.2 g/kg Zhuanggu capsule; and the concentration of calcium and estradiol in serum, the density, the maximum load and stress,the maximum anti-bending section modulus, and the dry and wet weight of bone were increased by 0.8,0.6,0.2 g/kg Zhuanggu capsule obviously. The Zhuanggu capsule has the remarkable therapeutic effects on osteoporosis.
