摘 要:德治思想是儒家哲学体系的重要组成部分,它以"天"为本体论的依据,通过"道德—天—政治"间的内在联系,获得了自身存在的根源性意义。在中国传统社会中,统治者推崇"君权神授",普通民众讲究"亲亲",社会政治理想追求确保人性趋于善的可能性,这些都为儒家德治思想的内在合理性找到了价值依据。以"和谐"的视角对之审视,可以发现,它在维护人与自然、人际之间、社会群己、人自身关系等和谐的同时,在客观上也为社会制定了一种道德秩序,让社会能够走向"天下归仁"。当然从现代民主政治理念出发,儒家"德治"思想也存在着一些理论局限与缺失。不过必须承认,其蕴含的哲学智慧,直至今日仍具有重要的启示意义。The roles of virtue are the important parts of Confucianist philosophical system. It is relied on "di- vinity" and its significance comes from the relations among moral ," heaven" and politics. In the traditional society of China, the leaders advocated divine rights, the public relied on the relatives, and the social political ideal pursued the kind nature. This gives the value reliance of Confucianist rules of virtue. Also, it maintains the harmony between people and nature, society and self, and people themselves. Objectively, it forms a kind of moral orders. Of course, there are some theoretical limitations in it from the view of modem democracy. But we must accept that it still has many enlightening significance nowadays.
