摘 要:20世纪90年代以来,文化软实力的较量与竞争日益成为世界权力角逐的焦点,谁占据了文化软实力建设的战略高地,谁就能够在激烈的多元文化与价值博弈中掌握主动权。然而,处于跌宕变迁中的中国文化软实力遭遇着前所未有的内在风险和外来挑战,面临着整体滞后的建构困局。基于此,厘清软实力的基本内涵,分析中国文化软实力的发展现状,捍卫民族文化个性,坚持文化外交理念,倡导和而不同的文化安全模式,最大限度地提升中国文化资源的吸引力、感召力与亲和力,无疑是当代中国文化软实力建构的必然选择。Since the 1990s, the comparision and competition of soft power of culture has been the focus of competion for world power. Those who occupy the strategic heights of constructing soft power are bound to gain the initiative in the fierce game of muhiculture and value. However, the soft power of Chinese culture, which is among the ups and downs, is experiencing the unprecedentedly inherent risks and external challenges and facing the con- struction dilemma of overall delay. Based on this, to outline the connotation of soft power, analyse the development of soft power of Chinese culture, defend the uniqueness of national culture, adhere to cultural diplomacy concepts, advocate cultural security mode in a harmonious but different way, and incresae the attractivess, infection and affin- ity of Chinese cultural resources to the full extent, it is undoubtedly the inevitable choice of constructing soft power of Chinese culture.
