摘　　要：介绍目前国内普遍使用的油淬火回火钢丝生产线。对卡电式分级油淬火回火钢丝生产线设计中需要注意的问题进行了简单的论述。结合工艺试验，提出了在该生产线上对钢丝形变热处理的一些设想。To introduce oil-tempered steel wire production line being used universally at home at present.Some problems to be attended to in design of strong current,direct heating type graded oil-tempered steel wire production line are related.By combining with process test,some thinkings about thermomechanical treatment of steel wire on the production line are put forward.
