民营对外贸易对农业剩余劳动力转移的影响——基于拉尼斯-费模型的面板数据分析

摘　　要：从中国劳动力市场分割的基本经济特征出发,在拉尼斯-费模型中嵌入民营出口贸易,并运用1996-2007年的省级面板数据进行交互项检验。实证结果表明,具有自生能力的民营非农业部门是容纳农业剩余劳动力转移的主要经济部门,其对外贸易是促进农业剩余劳动力转移的重要因素,民营出口贸易对资本积累的效应表现为负值,民营进口贸易在推动自身发生技术创新和加深劳动力使用偏向方面有正向作用,进而间接加快了农业剩余劳动力的转移。Base on the basic characteristics of Chinese labor market segmentation,the paper embeds export trade of private sector in Ranis-Fei model,and inspects it with interaction model using the province panel data of 1996-2007.The empirical results indicate that the private non-agricultural sector which have the viability become the main economic sector for absorbing the transfer of agricultural surplus labor. Foreign trade of private non-agricultural sector is an important factor of promoting the labor surplus transfer. The export trade of private sector has a negative effect on capital accumulation. The importing trade of private sector has a positive effect on innovation intensity and the labor bias of innovation,thereby indirectly accelerating the transfer of surplus labor in agriculture.
