宫腔镜下输卵管插管联合人工授精治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察宫腔镜下输卵管插管联合人工授精治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕的临床疗效。方法:选择该院98例输卵管梗阻性不孕患者随机分为两组,对照组49例给予输卵管通液术后人工授精治疗,观察组49例给予宫腔镜下输卵管插管联合人工授精治疗。结果:观察组临床妊娠率为28.6%、周期妊娠率为13.6%,与对照组的12.1%、5.1%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下输卵管插管联合人工授精治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕疗效满意,值得临床关注。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of hysteroscopy tubal catheterization combined with artificial insemination in the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility.Methods：98 cases of tubal obstructive infertility in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases of control group received hydrotubation and artificial insemination treatment,49 cases of observation group were given hysteroscopy tubal catheterization combined with artificial insemination treatment.Results：The clinical pregnancy rate and cycle pregnancy rate of observation group were 28.6% and 13.6%,compared with 12.1% and 5.1% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Hysteroscopy tubal catheterization combined with artificial insemination in the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility has satisfactory effect,it is worthy of attention.
