湖北省农村留守儿童营养供给状况及影响因素配对调查

摘　　要：目的:通过调查农村留守与非留守儿童的营养状况,探寻农村留守和非留守儿童存在的营养问题及其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取湖北省外出打工人群较多的2个县为调查现场,对同居住地、同性别、年龄相差±3个月的7岁以下农村留守与非留守儿童1∶1配对进行问卷调查、体格测量、实验室检查和膳食营养调查。采用配对设计的t检验和χ2检验对两组儿童的营养状况进行比较,并采用多元线形回归分析寻找留守与非留守儿童营养供给的影响因素。结果:农村儿童营养供给状况不好,蛋白质、钙、锌、维生素A、维生素C等供给量均不足RNI的60%,蛋白质质量不高,留守儿童营养供给量较非留守儿童低。母亲是否外出、生活家庭经济收入、监护人文化程度是影响留守儿童营养供给状况的主要因素。结论:农村儿童营养供给状况不好,留守儿童更为突出,蛋白质、钙、锌、维生素A、维生素C供给严重不足,应加强农村儿童保健工作,因地制宜开展儿童保健健康教育工作,提高抚养人科学育儿的知识水平,增强父母的监护意识,延迟留守儿童父母特别是母亲的外出时间,实施农村儿童营养促进计划。Objective：To investigate the nutrition status of rural left-behind and non-Left-behind children,and exploring risk factors of affecting their health status.Methods：According to with the pair condition,paired rural left-behind and non-left-behind children who were the same inhabited area,the same homogeneity,the age difference ±3 month,at the rate of 1：1 were investigated and analyzed by the multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method.The questionnaire survey,the physical examination,the laboratory tests and the dietary survey were carried on the children.Then nutrition status of the two groups was compare by Chi-square test or T test. At last,the influence factors of nutrition status were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results：Nutrition status of the rural children was poor. Supply of protein,Calcium,Zinc,Vitamin A and Vitamin C were less than 60% of RNI.Nutrition supply of left-behind children was low than non-left-behind children.The education status of guardian for the children,low family income and mother going out were the main reason of effecting nutrition status of rural childrenConclusion：The nutrition status of rural children is serious,especially the left-behind children. We should strengthen the child-care in rural area,carry out the Child Nutrition Promotion Program and health education to enhance their guardians＇ awareness and skills of care.
