摘　　要：介绍了软件PLC系统的结构和特点,通过对开放式数控系统中嵌入式软件PLC子系统的实现方法,软件PLC程序图形化编程环境的实现,梯形图程序与语言程序相互转换以及PLC程序执行等软件部分的设计和开发研究,以软PLC在数控机床主轴控制中的应用为例,阐明了图形化编程环境的使用方法和软件PLC执行机的工作原理。Soft PLC is an important component of the open CNC system,introduced the structure and characteristics of the PLC system.One method of realizing build-in soft PLC based on open architecture CNC system is presented,researched the programming situation of ladder diagram,transition between ladder diagram and language and gave an instance of compiling ladder diagram and transforming between ladder diagram and language.
