摘　　要：夹杂性裂纹是大型锻件实际生产中存在的重要问题,本文具体分析了夹杂性缺陷的危害和产生机理,针对它们的性质,采取合理的修复方法和锻造工艺,在诸多锻造方法中,控制夹杂物形貌、采用两次镦拔新工艺能更有效地对此类缺陷控制和修复,从而提高锻件质量和成品率。Inclusion of cracks exist in the actual production of large forging is an important issue,this paper analyzes the inclusion of specific defects in the mechanism of damage and their character to take reasonable repair methods and the forging process,in many forging method,the controlling object shaped inclusions appearance,with two upsetting and stretching process,get more effectively control and repair of such defects,thus improve forging quality and yield.
