摘 要:研究利用黄钾铁矾法从富铟高铁加压浸出液中沉铟的影响因素,并与黄铵铁矾法沉铟做比较。结果表明,在相同条件下,黄钾铁矾法具有更大的沉铟能力,且所需要的时间为3 h,远少于黄铵铁矾法沉铟所需要的时间。黄钾铁矾法沉铟最佳工艺条件:pH=1.73~1.75,温度96~98℃,铁铟摩尔比大于200,反应时间3 h,添加晶种,晶种添加量为理论生成铁矾量的1.5倍时,黄钾铁矾法沉铟率高达97%以上,铁的沉淀率也达到98%左右,为后续电积Zn提供了合格的浸出液。The influencing factors on precipitating indium from enriched indium and high iron pressure leaching solution by jarosite were studied and compared with ammonium jarosite.The results show that under the same conditions,jarosite has the better ability to precipitate indium,and the time is 3 hours,it is far lower than that of ammonium jarosite.Optimum conditions were obtained: pH is 1.73~1.75,temperature is 96~98 ℃,molar ratio of indium and iron is more than 200,reaction time is 3 hours,additive seeds and addition amount is 1.5 times to ferric alum theoretical quantity,under this conditions,the rate of precipitating indium by jarosite is above 97%,the rate of precipitating iron is about 98%,the qualified leaching solution for zinc electrowinning can be obtained.
