摘  要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)为催化剂,丙酮为溶剂,亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂合成了水性封端异氰酸酯交联剂,并将其用于真丝织物的防水防油整理;通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、差热分析(DSC)、Zeta电位仪和扫描电镜(SEM)表征了该交联剂的结构特性.将该交联剂用于真丝织物防水防油整理,结果表明:水洗10次后防水防油的耐久性保留较好,断裂强力、白度和手感稍有下降.Water-soluble blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent was prepared in acetone using toluene di-isocyanate(TDI) and dihydroxymethyl propionic acid(DMPA) as monomers and dibutyltin dilaurate(DBTDL) as ca-talyst and sodium bisulfite as blocking agent,and it was applied in water and oil repellent finish on silk fabric.The structure properties of the crosslinking agent were characterized by FT-IR,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),Zeta potentiometer and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that when the crosslinki-ng agent was used in water and oil proofing finish of silk,the durability of water-and-oil-repellent after 10 times washing was good,and breaking strength,whiteness and handle of finished fabric slightly declined.
