摘 要:实验研究了自行设计的超音速喷嘴与相同孔径的普通喷口在同等条件下对滤筒除尘器的清灰效果。结果表明:随着脉冲喷吹压力的增大,在气流进入滤筒前端100 mm位置处,普通喷口形成的脉冲气流对滤筒侧壁产生的压力峰值显著增加且大于同条件下的超音速喷嘴;随着滤筒侧壁距离的增加,在900 mm位置处超音速喷嘴产生的压力峰值超过了普通喷口;与普通喷口相比,超音速喷嘴在对长滤筒进行脉冲清灰时具有很大的优势,并且随着喉部直径的减小,这种优势会更明显,但其在滤筒前端的清灰效果会有所下降。Experimentally studies the dust-cleaning efficiency of the cartridge filter using the supersonic nozzle developed by the authors and the ordinary nozzle respectively under the same conditions.The results show that with the increase of pulse-jet pressure,at the point 100 mm from the fore-end,the maximum pressure of the cartridge sidewall caused by the pulse-jet airflow of ordinary nozzle increases obviously and is greater than that of the supersonic nozzle under the same conditions,and that as the airflow enters the cartridge further,at the point 900 mm,the maximum pressure caused by the supersonic nozzle is much greater than that of the ordinary nozzle,and that compared to the ordinary nozzle,the supersonic nozzle takes great advantage on dust-cleaning of a long cartridge filter and with the reduction of the throat diameter,the advantage will become more obvious,but the dust-cleaning efficiency at the fore-end of the cartridge filter will decline to some extent.
