药罐配合功能锻炼治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察药罐配合功能锻炼治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法将160例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各80例,治疗组采用药罐配合功能锻炼,对照组采用功能锻炼,在治疗前后分别进行临床症状、功能独立性评分(FIM法),两组均以7 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效。结果两组总有效率分别为90.0%、86.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药罐配合功能锻炼治疗类风湿关节炎总有效率优于单纯功能锻炼。Objective To investigate the efficacy of medicated cupping plus functional training in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods One hundred and sixty patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,80 cases each.The treatment group received medicated cupping plus functional training and the control group,functional training.The clinical symptoms and function independence（FIM） were scored before and after treatment.Both groups were treated 7 days as a course.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 2 courses of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 90.0% and 72.0%,respectively,in the two groups.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The total efficacy rate of medicated cupping plus functional training is higher than that of functional training alone in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
