摘 要:目的在0.5L压力反应器中,以染料中间体H-酸溶液为处理对象,研究了温度对湿式过氧化氢氧化(WPO)和Cu/Ni复合氧化物催化剂非均相催化湿式过氧化氢氧化(CWPO)的影响。方法采用两阶段一级反应动力学模型和通用动力学模型描述WPO和CWPO反应过程,确定了动力学参数。结果 2个模型的计算值与实验值相吻合,而通用动力学模型相对能较准确地预测WPO和CWPO过程。2模型均表明湿式过氧化氢氧化分初始快速反应和后期慢速反应2个步骤。升高温度对加快后期反应速度更有利,催化剂有利于中间产物氧化。结论湿式过氧化氢处理H-酸溶液分为两个阶段,两阶段符合一级动力学模型和通用动力学模型。温度是H-酸废水湿式氧化的关键影响因素,小分子有机酸氧化速率非常低。Aim The treatment of H-acid containing water by wet peroxide oxidation (WPO) and catalytic wet per- oxide oxidation (CWPO) was performed in a 0. 5 liter autoclave, with emphasis on influence of temperature to wet hydrogen peroxide oxygen (WPO) and catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide oxygen (CWPO). Methods The Two-step First-order Reaction Kinetic Model and Generalized Kinetic Model were employed to simulate the experimental processes of WPO and CWPO. The kinetic parameters were determined. Results The values calculated by two models are well correspondent with the experimental data, and the Generalized Kinetic Model is relatively more accurate to forecast the WPO and CWPO. Both models show WPO and CWPO reactions have two steps: firstly the Hacids are rapidly oxidized as intermediate products and the these low molecular organic acids are slowly oxidized. Conclusion Rising temperature impels the later period reaction rate advantageously, the catalyst Cu/Ni is advantageous to the intermediate product's oxidation. WPO treatment H-acid can be divided into two steps,which are correspond to the first-order reaction kinetic mode and the Generalized kinetic model WPO and CWPO kinetic reaser- ches are showed as temperature to the key factor, short organic acid oxidation rate is very low.
