摘 要:一般的频谱分析法对故障诊断的指向性不明晰,为了更加准确地分析振动测量信息,确定故障的性质,给出了转子的振动微分方程及其在固定直角坐标系内x、y方向上的位移解和转角解,求出了沿轴向不同测点以及同一测点处x、y2个不同方向的互相关函数。据此,分析了理想铰支转子在典型激励下的振动互相关和相位差(相差)特征,提出了轴系振动的相差诊断法。经实际应用表明,该理论与实际很好地吻合,可作为汽轮发电机组轴系振动故障的有效诊断方法。The directivity of vibration fault diagnosed by using the general frequency spectrum analysis method was not clear,hence,in order to interpret the information of vibration measurement more accurately,and determine the basic nature of vibration faults,the differential equations of rotor vibration and their solutions of displacement on x and y direction as well as the corner have been given in the fixed Cartesian coordinate system,the cross-correlation functions at different measuring points along the axial direction,and along x,y directions at a same point,can be obtained.Based on these,the characters of cross-correlation and phase-difference of the rotor vibration under typical excitation and hinged by ideal supports have been analysed,and the phase-difference diagnosing method of shaft vibration being put forward.Practical application shows that the said theory tallies very well with reality,and can be used as an effective diagnosis method for shaft vibration of turbo-generator sets.
