摘 要:通过对湿法烟气脱硫系统烟气换热器(GGH)不同部位结垢物的分析,明确了造成GGH堵塞的主要物质成分为CaSO4、CaSO4.2H2O及硅的化合物。经过实验室的大量试验研究,筛选出用化学方法清除结垢物的有效清洗介质,并就清洗介质对GGH换热片的损坏程度进行了评价。通过中间试验确定了化学清洗介质和清洗工艺,应用结果表明,所采用的化学清洗介质及工艺安全、有效,在除去GGH结垢物时不损伤换热片表面搪瓷。Through analysis of the fouling substances on different parts of the gas-gas heater (GGH) in wet flue gas desulphurization system,it is clear that the main components of fouling substances leading to blockage of GGH are CaSO4,CaSO4·2H2O,and compounts of silica.After large amount of tests and studies in the laboratory,the effective cleaning medium for eliminating fouling substances by using chemical method has been choised,and the damage degree of chemical medium to the heat-exchanging plates in GGH being evaluated.Through pilot test,the chemical cleaning medium and the cleaning process have been detemined.Results of application show that the used chemical cleaning medium and technological process are safe and effective,the emamel on heat-exchanging plates can't be damaged during disposal of fouling substances from GGH.
