混合型现场总线在1000MW机组海水脱硫系统中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了华能海门电厂1000MW机组海水脱硫装置控制系统的总线设计方案,并针对使用Profibus和FF总线在安装、调试期间出现的问题提出解决方案。对1号、2号机组污染物排放验收检测结果表明,1号、2号锅炉平均脱硫效率分别为93%、94%,大气污染物排放浓度均符合GB13223—2003《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》的第3时段限值要求,大气污染物排放总量均低于粤环函〔2005〕1347号文件核定的排放总量控制指标。The designed bus scheme of the control system for desulphurization facility using seawater in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant has been presented,and directing against technical problems appeared during installation and debugging period of applying profibus and FF bus,the solving scheme being put forward.The monitoring result for acceptance of pollutant emission for units no.1 and no.2 shows that the average desulphurization efficiency of boiler no.1 and boiler no.2 is 93% and 94% respectively,the atmospheric pollutant emission concentration all conform to requirements of the limited value in third time-stage specified in the standard of GB13223-2003 《Atmospheric pollutant emission standard for thermal power plants》,the total amount of atmospheric pollutants is less than the control indices of total emission amount approved in document of Yuehuanhan （2005） NO.1347.
