摘  要:针对某电厂2号机组凝汽器黄铜管(HSn70-1B)泄漏问题,从铜管的材质、内壁膜特性和垢层及运行工况等方面进行了分析。结果表明,凝汽器铜管泄漏是由于铜管内壁没有形成连续的与基体紧密结合的氧化亚铜(Cu2O)保护膜,凝汽器管内冷却水的流速过低,导致管内壁存在大量沉积物产生点腐蚀而引起。对此,建议采用凝汽器循环泵,提高凝汽器管内的冷却水流速,防止泥沙沉积。同时,保证铜管表面质量,不使用内壁曾经污染和腐蚀或存在碳膜的铜管。Directing against the leakage problem of brass tubes (HSn70-1B) in condenser of unit no.2 in one power plant,the material quality of brass tubes,the film and scale behavior on inner wall of the condensor,and the operating conditions of said condenser have been analysed.Research show that:(1) the continuous Cu2O protective film doesn't exist on the inner wall of condenser tubes;(2) the low flow velocity of cooling water make a great deal of deposit appeared on inner wall of said tubes,resulting in spot corrosion,leading to peforated leakage of the brass tubes.For this,it is recommended to adopt some measures,such as using circulating pump for the condenser,enhancing the flow velocity of cooling water in the condenser tubes to the required value of standard,ensuring the surface quality of brass tubes in condenser,etc..
