摘  要:用流动注射化学发光分析仪的静态测量系统,研究了Sr2+在铁氰化钾-钙黄绿素体系中的后化学发光行为。实验发现:当将碱性铁氰化钾溶液注入到钙黄绿素溶液中,立即发生了一化学发光反应,检测到强的化学发光信号,反应结束后化学发光信号回落至基线,再注入Sr2+标准溶液,又引发一个新的化学发光反应,检测到另一强的化学发光信号,反应结束后化学发光信号又回落至基线。表明了Sr2+在铁氰化钾-钙黄绿素化学发光反应体系中发生了后化学发光反应。通过优化反应条件,建立了一种利用后化学发光反应测定Sr2+的流动注射化学发光分析法。方法的线性范围为2.0×10-6~2.0×10-4g/mL,检出限为6×10-7g/mL,对5.0×10-5g/mL的Sr2+溶液平行测定11次的相对标准偏差为1.6%。本法已用于工业碳酸锶纯度的测定,测定结果与国标方法相吻合。The post chemiluminescence behavior of Sr2+ in potassium ferricyanide-calcein system was studied using the static measurement system of flow injection-chemiluminescent analyzer.The results showed that when the alkaline potassium ferricyanide solution was injected into calcein solution,a first-order chemiluminescence reaction occurred immediately.A strong chemiluminescence signal was detected,which fell to the baseline at the end of reaction.Then,when Sr2+ standard solution was injected,another strong chemiluminescence signal was detected,which fell to the baseline at the end of reaction,as well.The results indicated that the post chemiluminescence reaction occurred after Sr2+ standard solution was added in potassium ferricyanide-calcein system.By optimizing the reaction conditions,a flow injection-post chemiluminescence method of determing Sr2+ was developed.The linear range of the method was 2.0×10-6-2.0×10-4 g/mL,and the detection limit was 6×10-7 g/mL.For 5.0×10-5 g/mL Sr2+ solution,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11) was 1.6 %.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of industrial strontium carbonate,and the results were consistent with those obtained by the standard method.
